Tuition & Payment Policies

Tuition & Payment

Our tuition is based on the total number of 60-minute classes each dancer takes per week. As dancers add classes, they automatically receive discounted pricing, making it more affordable to expand their training, build versatility, and progress more quickly.

The more you train, the more you save. Families receive automatic multi-class discounts of up to 14% for dancers enrolled in eight or more classes per week.

Monthly tuition is billed in equal installments throughout the season and reserves your dancer's place in class, regardless of holidays or scheduled studio closures.

Students who enroll after the season has begun will have tuition prorated based on the number of classes remaining.

The table below is our typical rate sheet — weekly and monthly tuition by instructor hours per week (one 60-minute class = one hour). Your exact amount at enrollment may reflect the current season length, pro-rating, or program; the Dancer and Family Portal will show the total due when you register.

Make-Up Policy

Tuition at 925 Dance Collective reflects enrollment in a full program, not individual class attendance.

Tuition is not adjusted for absences.

Missed classes are not eligible for credits or make-ups.

This structure allows us to maintain consistent training and progression for all dancers.

We understand that things come up—if you have questions or need support, please reach out. We're always happy to help.

Registration Fees

A non-refundable registration fee supports the administrative costs of setting up and maintaining student accounts within our studio management system.

$50 per student or $80 per family (2+ students) is due at the time of registration.

If a dancer withdraws from all classes and later re-enrolls, the full registration fee will apply again upon re-registration.

Refund Policy

Tuition and registration fees are collected at the time of enrollment.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis before the season is 50% complete. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Once the season is more than 50% complete, no refunds will be issued.

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Competition Team

The Competition Team is designed for dancers who wish to train and perform on a more frequent and committed schedule.

Competition Team tuition follows the same tuition schedule. Additional competition-related costs (entry fees, costuming, coaching, choreography, travel) will be billed through the Dancer and Family Portal as separate line items, with due dates clearly indicated. Dancers who participate on the team will receive additional information about these costs during auditions or can contact the studio for details and estimates.
