Tuition & Pricing
Our tuition is based on the number of classes your dancer takes each week. The more classes they take, the lower the per-class rate.
One 60-minute class = one class. Classes longer than 60 minutes count as 1.5 classes for tuition purposes.

How Season Tuition Works
Tuition is calculated for the full season based on the classes your dancer is enrolled in and the number of class dates remaining. If you enroll after the season begins, your tuition is automatically prorated—you only pay for the classes remaining in the season.
The full season balance is due at enrollment. Payment plans are available upon request.
Your exact tuition will be calculated at registration based on your dancer's schedule and the remaining class dates in the season.
Youth Free Trial: Free — try a class before you enroll
New youth dancers can book a free trial class in any age-appropriate program. It's the best way to meet the teacher and confirm the level is a good fit, with no commitment.
Drop-ins: $25 — on selected classes
A few open-level youth classes accept a $25 drop-in, so a dancer can join a single class without enrolling for the season. Those classes are marked "Drop-in $25" on the class schedule. Every other youth class is season enrollment or a free trial. Adult drop-in rates are listed on the adult program pages.
To keep payments simple and consistent, all families are required to enroll in AutoPay via credit card or ACH transfer using our secure Dancer and Family Portal. AutoPay ensures tuition and fees are processed automatically.
Adult Class Packs
Class packs are for our adult dance and fitness classes. Not ready to commit to a full program? A pack makes it easy to stay consistent—on your terms.

Make-Up Policy
Tuition at 925 Dance Collective reflects enrollment in a full program, not individual class attendance.
Tuition is not adjusted for absences.
Missed classes are not eligible for credits or make-ups.
This structure allows us to maintain consistent training and progression for all dancers.

Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee supports the administrative costs of setting up and maintaining student accounts within our studio management system.
$50 per student or $80 per family (2+ students) is due at the time of registration.
If a dancer withdraws from all classes and later re-enrolls, the full registration fee will apply again upon re-registration.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis before the season is 50% complete. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Once the season is more than 50% complete, no refunds will be issued.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Competition Team
The Competition Team is designed for dancers who wish to train and perform on a more frequent and committed schedule.
Competition Team tuition follows the same tuition schedule. Additional competition-related costs (entry fees, costuming, coaching, choreography, travel) will be billed through the Dancer and Family Portal as separate line items, with due dates clearly indicated. Dancers who participate on the team will receive additional information about these costs during auditions or can contact the studio for details and estimates.
