Tuition & Payment Policies

Tuition & Payment

Tuition is based on total 60 minute classes per dancer per week and calculated for the entire 20 week season. Payment is due at the time of enrollment. Dancers enrolling mid-season (Winter/Spring 2026) will have tuition pro-rated for the number of weeks remaining in the season ending May 29th.

Classes/WeekPer Season
1 Class$480
2 Classes$880
3 Classes$1,220
4 Classes$1,520
5 Classes$1,760
6 Classes$1,960
7 Classes$2,160
Unlimited$2,320

Classes longer than 60 minutes are prorated and count as more than one class per week:

  • 75 minutes = 1.25 classes / $600 Per Season
  • 90 minutes = 1.5 classes / $720 Per Season
  • 2 hours (120 min) = 2 classes / $960 Per Season
  • 2.5 hours (150 min) = 2.5 classes / $1,200 Per Season

Drop-In Class: $25

Available for certain classes throughout the entire season. Classes that will perform in our end-of-season show are only available for drop-in through the end of March.

To keep payments simple and consistent, all families are required to enroll in AutoPay via credit card or ACH transfer using our secure Studio-Pro Portal. AutoPay ensures tuition and fees are processed automatically.

Class Packs

Flexible Ways to Get Started

Not ready to commit to the full season just yet? Our class packs are a great way to explore classes, build consistency, and find the right fit for your dancer.

Whether you're new to dance or just getting back into a routine, this is an easy place to start.

Start with a $25 drop-in class or jump into a class pack—either way, we'll help you find the right fit and make your dancer feel at home from day one.

Class Pack Options

How It Works

  • Class packs can be used for any eligible 60-minute class
  • Families can choose classes that fit their schedule
  • Packs are activated on first use

Make-Up Policy

Tuition at 925 Dance Collective reflects enrollment in a full program, not individual class attendance.

Tuition is not adjusted for absences.

Missed classes are not eligible for credits or make-ups.

This structure allows us to maintain consistent training and progression for all dancers.

We understand that things come up—if you have questions or need support, please reach out. We're always happy to help.

Registration Fees

A non-refundable registration fee supports the administrative costs of setting up and maintaining student accounts within our studio management system.

$50 per student or $80 per family (2+ students) is due at the time of registration.

If a dancer withdraws from all classes and later re-enrolls, the full registration fee will apply again upon re-registration.

Competition Ensemble

The Competition Ensemble is designed for dancers who wish to train and perform on a more frequent and committed schedule.

Competition Ensemble tuition follows the same tuition schedule. Additional competition-related costs (entry fees, costuming, coaching, choreography, travel) will be billed through Studio-Pro as separate line items, with due dates clearly indicated. Dancers who participate in the ensemble will receive additional information about these costs during auditions or can contact the studio for details and estimates.
